Our Sciton laser peels utilizes a scanning erbium laser to remove a thin layer of skin in a safe, precise manner.
Removing the top layer of dead skin cells promotes the growth of new cells resulting in healthier-looking skin, often with reduced wrinkles and improved texture and color tone. We offer laser peels in a variety of depths to suit your needs:
NanoLaserPeel ™: Often referred to as “the microderm of laser peels”, is the most superficial of the laser peels with little to no downtime. This peel can be used to treat all areas of the body to create skin with a natural smoothness and lustrous glow.
MicroLaserPeel ™: A medium depth laser peel primarily used to treat fine lines, wrinkles and pores on the face. Your provider will customize the peel to your needs, most patients feel comfortable returning to work in 3-5 days post treatment.
ContourTRL™: Full field deep laser resurfacing for dramatic improvement of fine lines and wrinkles on the face, eyelids and around the mouth.

Laser Peel Procedure Time:

Recovery Time & Side Effects
Appx. 1-7 days, depending on the depth of the laser treatment. (a 10-micron NanoLaserPeel™ usually heals in 1-2 days, while a 50-micron MicroLaserPeel® may take 5-7 days). Most patients experience redness and peeling during the healing period, as well as mild to moderate swelling.
Results
Within a week, patients experience a better “glow” to the skin, and their results will continue to improve over the next 6 months. To maintain treatment results, we highly recommend a daily SPF 30 or higher, along with a consistent anti-aging skincare routine.
Recommended Treatment Frequency
NanolaserPeel™ and Microlaserpeel™ treatments are recommend in a series of 1-3 or more per year and can be done as soon as one month apart. One ContourTRL™ treatment is recogmended with results lasting for 5-10 years with a consistent maintenance program of BroadBand Light™ (BBL) treatments, a daily SPF 30 or higher, along with a consistent anti-aging skincare routine.
